Our Farmhouse Table

I have been searching for the perfect dining room table for months. It's nearly impossible to find anything for a smaller space, and when I did it either wasn't high quality or the price tag was entirely too steep for our budget. After staring at our empty dining space for far too long, I had an idea. Why not make our own table? I found the perfect plans on Pinterest and they seemed simple enough. With that being said there was a bit of a learning curve, but we will literally never buy furniture again now. After completing this project Zach and I feel like we could easily build anything else moving forward. So of course I now have a list of other build projects and I'm so excited!! This table would've easily been $500 or more. We spent $150 on lumber.. only a fraction of the price! We obviously spent more on tools, stain, etc but we still came in well under that $500 price tag (chairs included!). I've linked to the tutorial we used and our metal chairs below.

The tutorial we used is here
